Hastings Asphalt will be sealcoating and striping the parking lots this Thursday, August 11th and Friday, August 12th (weather permitting). The job will be done in 2 sections. Click here to see the map of the parking lots; the red section will be done first on Thursday followed by the yellow section on Friday. Additional parking at the shopping center is highlighted on the map. Please take note of the work schedule below:
Thursday, August 11th (RED SECTION): The East parking lot at the side of the building will be sealcoated and striped. You will not have access to the garage while this work is being done. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR VEHICLES FROM THE GARAGE AND SIDE PARKING LOT NO LATER THAN 7AM THURSDAY MORNING. After the work is done, you will not be able to walk or drive across the parking lot for 24 hrs. This area will not be open until Friday afternoon.
Friday, August 12th (YELLOW SECTION): The South parking lot at the front of the building will be sealcoated and striped. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR VEHICLES FROM THE PARKING LOT AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING NO LATER THAN 7AM FRIDAY MORNING. Please keep in mind, the garage and side parking lot will not be open until Friday afternoon*. After the work is done, you will not be able to walk or drive across the parking lot for 24 hrs. The front lot will be opened Saturday afternoon.
*Parking will be available behind the shopping center. The area is highlighted in yellow on the map.
In addition to the sealcoating and striping, the window washing will take place on Tuesday, August 23rd by Apollo. Apollo is the same company that did the window washing last year and will be using the same pole system. Please make sure all windows are tightly closed. Additional reminder/notice will go out next week prior to the window washing.
