Savings Analysis
April 25, 2011: Turnberry Board of Directors meeting with Ron Foster and Katrina Steckervetz of Foster Premier. The main objective of our meeting was to discuss how Foster Premier can assist us in lowering our assessments. In particular, we wanted to discuss high administrative costs, including outrageous bank fees and office expenses, and to hear Foster Premier’s suggestions for reducing them.
(Unfortunately, our camera overheated and turned off during the meeting, so this recording is incomplete.)
April 13, 2011: Special meeting to remove Bruce Miller, Katherine Rose, Dolly Gerszonovicz, Dese Smet, and Matthew Thomason from the Board of Directors and to elect a new Board.
Association members representing 32.628% of ownership interest had signed a petition to recall the Board of Directors, which was presented to the Secretary at February 23, 2011 Board meeting.
April 11, 2011: Special meeting called by the (now former) Board of Directors to ratify decisions made by the Board since the November Board of Directors meeting, and to approve previous Board meeting minutes.
This meeting had started earlier than advertized, so this recording only captures the ending.
