Turnberry Newsletter Committee published a newsletter for Turnberry owners and residents from 2009 to 2010.
Turnberry Quarterly featured columns from the Board president and managing agent, reporting on recent and upcoming community events, updates on community rules and regulations, condo maintenance tips, and profiles of Turnberry residents.
We wanted the newsletter to become a mainstay of Turnberry and saw it as a way to update residents on association happenings and to foster a feeling of camaraderie and community among Turnberry condo owners and residents.
Only four issues of Turnberry Quarterly have been produced. Publication ceased in 2011 due to growing discontent among home owners with high assessments and the general perception that the newsletter was unnecessarily inflating the association’s budget.
