Dear Homeowners,
Paintsmith will not be working at Turnberry on Saturday. I was at Turnberry today and was talking to Tony with Paintsmith. Tony was supposed to get the Paintsmith vehicle back today from the mechanic but he will not be getting it back until mid-day Saturday.
Paintsmith will finish up the ceilings on floor 1 and floor 2 on Monday and Tuesday next week. As the schedule is currently, starting next Wednesday, August 10th, Paintsmith will start painting the walls. They will start on the 4th floor and continue to each floor. We will let you know ahead of time when they will be starting each floor.
Also, when Paintsmith is ready to start staining the unit doors, we will let you know. You can still email me, if you have not already done so yet, to let me know if you want the inside of your unit door painted and I will add your name to the list.

Thank you for your patience during this project. The building will look really good when it is all done. We hope you like the new look. The Board along with your help did a good job choosing the color scheme.
