Dear Turnberry Owners,
The Association will be paying for the front of the unit doors to be stained since the color of the doors is changing. The color will go nicely with the new color of the walls. Paintsmith does want to get started on painting the walls first and we will keep you informed on when they will be doing the doors.
If you would like the inside of your unit door stained, this would be at your cost. The cost is currently $25 for the inside of the door.

If you decide to get the inside done, you would pay Paintsmith directly. If you want to get the inside done, you can contact me (by email) and I will keep a list for Paintsmith and let them know.
