Regarding the upcoming painting project –
Next week starting between Monday, June 13th and Wednesday, June 15th, Paintsmith will be onsite to start painting all the hallways, which includes the hallway area by the elevators on each floor. This painting project does not include the lobby area since that area was painted not long ago. Paintsmith will also be repairing any of the ceilings in the hallways that are currently damaged. The walls and the ceilings will be painted. The colors of the hallways are remaining the same.
Paintsmith will start on the 4th floor and work down from there.
This project will take about 5-6 days for each floor.
During this project, there may be a week that Paintsmith will not be onsite, but they will hang up a notice in the lobby to let everyone know.
If you would like your entry door to your unit painted, this is homeowner responsibility. Paintsmith will paint your door for $40 (front side that faces the hallway) and if you want both sides painted, the cost would be $65. Paintsmith will sand, restain and apply a sealer comparable to existing. If you want your entry door painted, you would schedule an appointment directly with Paintsmith by either calling them at 847.312.2968 or by email at tonyxspencer@gmail.com. Payment would be made directly to Paintsmith. Tony indicated that he would be painting entry doors on Saturdays, to leave Monday through Friday open to paint the hallways.
