Dear Turnberry Residents,
As a treat this year, we plan on celebrating Halloween!
On Saturday October 31, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., the children and grandchildren of Turnberry residents may go trick-or-treating in the building.
If you want to participate and have children come to your unit, please place the attached pumpkin on your door. This will be a sign to the children that they can knock on your door.
This is limited to ONLY the children and grandchildren of residents and residents must accompany the children as they go from unit to unit.
We will not be admitting trick-or-treaters from outside the building. For the security of the building, please be careful not to buzz in anyone you do not know.
We hope that you will participate and show holiday spirit to the children.
Happy Trick & Treating 🙂
Also, we would like to remind you that the Annual Fire Alarm System testing is scheduled for this Saturday, October 24, 2015 between the hours of 8am – 12pm.
During the testing of the system you will hear the fire alarm system horns going on and off for a brief period. Fox Valley will also need to gain access to ALL units to make sure each unit’s fire alarm horn is operational – THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL if the testing company is not allowed into your unit the Buffalo Grove Fire Department will be notified and you can be fined.
If you are not available that day and cannot have someone open your unit for this inspection please let us know. We will be able to schedule with Fox Valley another date and time that would be convenient for you however you will be responsible to for their service call at the cost of $210.00.
Thank you!
