Dear Turnberry Residents,
Paintsmith will be back on site this Monday. They are going to start painting the doors and frames in the elevator areas and will also start painting the frames around everyone’s unit door. They might be knocking on your door so if you are home, don’t be surprised if they knock on your door. They are going to start on the 4th floor and working their way down. The unit door that was already stained on the 4th floor, Paintsmith will be staining that door with a new stain color since that color did not work out. Then the board and anyone else can look at the color and the board can let us know if they like the new stain color.
Paintsmith is going to be hanging up signs around, saying wet paint needs to dry for so many hours, etc…
Then after this work, Paintsmith will be starting on staining the doors.
